Q1. I have just set up a new account, why are my stats blank?

Ans. The only reason your stats will be blank is if you have not added the necessary code to your website.
Once the code has been added, A-V-D will start recording traffic details through your site.
Q2. I have just set up a new account, i have not received any mail notification or code?

Ans. The email is sent out automatically upon completion of registration, if you do not have this mail in your inbox,
please check your anti spam folder as it could of been caught there. If you still cannot find the mail please submit a support ticket.
