By using this version of A-V-D Stats you, The Client, confirms that you are in agreement with and bound by the Terms and Conditions and Acceptable User Policy as set out below.
CHANGES AND UPDATES
A-V-D Stats requires the freedom to make strategic and business decisions regarding their programme/services offered (this includes any and all related or successor programs). For this reason, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to change all or part of these Terms and/or the Policies and to change or discontinue the service. These changes may be made at any time, with or without notice to The Client. Your continued participation with the service will constitute your acceptance of the then-current terms and conditions, policies and offerings of service. GENERAL
A-V-D Stats will allow access to the current A-V-D Stats version only where an agreement is entered into and our terms and conditions are accepted. Notwithstanding our Acceptable User Policy*, (See our Acceptable User Policy on page 2, for further details) A-V-D Stats accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred due to any malfunction of the client website(s) or any part of it. The A-V-D Stats website and its associated graphics, programming code, scripts, applications, php scripts or software etc. (unless specifically agreed in writing by A-V-D Stats) written by A-V-D Stats remain the copyright of A-V-D Stats and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the express permission, in writing, of A-V-D Stats.
A-V-D Stats will not take responsibility for any copyright infringements used or referred to in The Client’s website. It is recommended that the client ensure that any approvals/permissions required are clearly and expressly granted in writing by the copyright, trademark or registered company owner. The Client is fully responsible for all activities that occur under The Client‘s password or account. The Client agrees to notify A-V-D Stats immediately if there is any unauthorized use of The Client’s password or account or any other breach of security.
The Client must ensure that their account is logged-out properly at the end of each session.
NB: A-V-D Stats cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from The Client’s failure to comply with these logging out requirements.
